CONSTITUTION: A base material (A) consisting of a polybutadiene contg. at least 35% cis-1,4-bond is compounded with a mixt. of a polyfunctional unsaturated ester (B) such as ethylene glycol dimethacrylate or trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate consisting of a di-tetrahydric alcohol (meth)acrylate and an unsaturated carboxylic acid (C) such as acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, to prepare the target golf ball compound. 100pts.wt. component A is compounded with 20W35pst.wt. total of the component B and C, and the component B is mixed with the component C in a ratio of 10/90W45/55.
