Abstract:
To provide a thread-wound golf ball with high inertial moment improved in flight distance of ball without scarifying golf ball-specific elasticity, controllability and touch.
This golf ball comprises a central part 3; a winding thread layer 1 consisting of at least one thread, which has a specific gravity of 0.94 or more and is wound on the central part 3 to provide a core part 5; and a cover 7 for covering the core part 5.
