PURPOSE: To ensure excellent sand wear-proof and to surpassingly hold characters figures and marks, by reducing crack, chap and exfoliation by the percussion of a club by increasing the break elongation of a surface film, by heightening adhesion and by decreasing the attachment of earth and sand.
CONSTITUTION: Two-liquid catalyst hardening type polyurethane resin consisting of polyfunctional fatty isocyanate and polyestr containing hydroxyl radical, content ranges over 4.3W6.0wt%, is covered with clear paint component produced by adding 0.5W10wt% polymer containing fluorine, which has perfluor alkyl raidcal as a side chanin. The clear paint component completes its hardening reaction within 24hr. at normal temp or temp not exceeding 40°C by the addition of catalyst (For example, zinc octyl acid). It is preferable that the quantity of catalyst added is 0.1W0.3wt% to a paint resin portion. Adding catalyst beforehand to the polyester solution side containing hydroxyl radical will be avaiable in points of preservation for a long term and stability.
