Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the film bonding of each member, and to prevent the appearance from being damaged by joining a plurality of members with each other through the filler metal to improve the bonding structure of a head to be formed by integrating a plurality of members consisting of dissimilar metals.
SOLUTION: A head body 2 of an iron club, for example, is formed of stainless steel, and a face plate 4 made of pure titanium is joined with a face part 3. A weight member 7 made of tungsten alloy is joined with a periphery of a back part of the head body 2. Pure silver brazing filler metal is arranged between recessed part 8a provided in the face part 3 and the face plate 4 as the filler metal to join the face plate 4 with the head body 2, and in addition, silver JIS-BAG8 brazing filler metal is arranged between a recessed part 8b to which the weight member 7 is fitted and an outer periphery of the weight member 7 as the filler metal to join the head body 2 with the weight member 7, and these brazing filler metals are melted and welded to realize the integrated joining.
