Between a face member 15 and a main body member 16, on a bonding end part 18 of the crown part of the main body member 16, protruding parts 6, 7 for the formation of a gap are formed, and also, on a bonding end part 19 of a sole part, protruding parts 8, 9 for the formation of a gap are formed. Then, when the face member 15 and the main body member 16 are built up, the protruding parts 6, 7, 8, 9 for the formation of gaps are butted to bonding end parts 17, 20 of the face member 15, and between both split members, a uniform gap 14 where a welding material which is a bonding material can be surely inserted, is kept, and the welding material is arranged in the gap 14, and respective split members are bonded and integrated.
