Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily carry out weight adjustment by providing the prescribed point of a head body with a small hole for injection of a weight adjustment material and capping this small hole with a badge having a weight adjustment function.
SOLUTION: The prescribed point of a toe part 4 formed at the head body 1 of the golf club head is provided with the small hole 2 for injection of the weight adjustment material and a shallow recessed part 11 is formed at this small hole 2. The badge 12 which is a weight adjustment material of a disk type consisting of aluminum, copper alloy, lead, plastics, or the like, having rollability is adhered in a form of fits into this recessed part 11 by a double coated adhesive tape, adhesive or the like to cap the small hole 2 with this badge 12. The exact compliance with the final target weight is made possible and the golf club head excellent in appearance can be obtd.
