Abstract:
To provide a golf exercise machine that is easy to use and helps a user learn easily a correct swing plane by himself.
A golf exercise machine provided with a guide rail 11 formed into a substantially spiral swing pattern, supporting mechanisms 12 and 13 supporting the guide rail 11, a slide member 15 that moves along the guide rail 11, a golf club 16 engaged rotatably around a shaft to the slide member 15. An exerciser inside the guide rail 11 can learn a correct swing plane by himself merely by grabbing and swinging the grip 16b of the club 16 engaged with the slide member 15.
