This saddle comprises a mount 10 for setting the waist, which has a dent part 11, formed to the front side, with a joint part 12 which has a threaded inner circumferential face and is projected at the center, a cushion member 20 which is joined to the upper part of the mount 10, surrounds the edge part of the mount 10, and has a through-hole 21 in a position corresponding to the dent part 11 formed to the front side of the mount 10, an adjustor 30 which has a joining bar 32 to be joined with the joining part of the mount 10 on one side and a holding part 31 on the other side, and a friction tool 40 with a fitting dent part 41 formed at a lower part so as to be fitted to the vertical section side of the joining bar 32 of the adjustor 30.
