To provide a goods information acquisition system through which televiewers are capable of easily and surely purchasing goods televised on television programs.

The identification codes of goods, such as QR codes 56a to 56c transmitted from a broadcast station 10, are taken in with an identification code reading means, preferably a mobile telephone 26. The QR codes 56a to 56c are sent to a communication company 28 through the mobile telephone 26, the communication company 28 supplies information as to the purchaser who plans to purchase the goods together with information related to the QR codes 56a to 56c to a mail-order dealer 32. A receiving device 34 specifies goods on the basis of the information as to the purchaser and the QR codes 56a to 56c, and sends the goods to the purchaser.
