Abstract:
To provide an article transfer facility which, even when the posture of a target article in a first position is not in a proper posture, can move the target article to a second position in a desired posture.SOLUTION: A posture correction device 34 that corrects the posture of an article W is provided at a third position P3. The posture correction device 34 includes: a placement part 37 on which a target article WT is placed; a moving part 38 that moves the target article WT placed on the placement part 37 along a moving direction M1; and a receiving part 39 that receives the target article WT moved by the moving part 38 and corrects the posture of the target article WT. A control unit, when a target article WT in a first position P1 is not in the proper posture, executes second control, in which the control unit causes the target article WT to be moved from the first position P1 to the placement part 37, and cancels the holding of the target article WT by a holding part 10 on the placement part 37, and then causes a target article WT, which is moved by the moving part 38 and received by the received part 39, to be held by the holding part 10 and moved to a second position p2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
