To provide an article carrying device, performing conveyance while turning only a carrying direction without changing the direction of the articles relative to the carrying-in direction, and conveyance while turning the articles together with the carrying direction.

The article carrying device 1 comprises a carrying passage 10 having a plurality of rotating shafts 11 provided approximately parallel to one another on the same horizontal plane and a plurality of rotors 12 for rotating concentrically with the rotating shafts 11, a rotation driving motor 15 for driving the rotation of the rotating shafts 11, a turn driving motor 25 for turning the carrying passage 10 at a predetermined angle with an approximately vertical turning shaft 21 as a center, a holed plate 3 having a circular hole portion, a plate driving cylinder 5 for displacing the holed plate 3 to an insertion position and an isolation position, and a control means having a CPU.
