Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin GPS antenna which is easily incorporated in an electronic device.SOLUTION: A GPS antenna 100 has an insulating substrate 101 formed of an insulator, an electrode layer 102a formed on a front surface of the insulating substrate 101, and an electrode layer 102b formed on a rear surface of the insulating substrate 101. The total thickness d1 of the insulating substrate 101, the electrode layer 102a, and the electrode layer 102b is 0.5 to 1.5 mm inclusive. The insulating substrate 101 is formed of a material having a dielectric constant of 9.0 to 10.5 inclusive, such as alumina.
