Abstract:

To provide a novel graft copolymer capable of providing antistatic properties without reducing resin physical properties such as adhesiveness even when mixed with a thermoplastic resin, for example, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin.

There is provided a graft copolymer of the general formula (1). In the formula (1), R¹ is shown in the general formula (2). In the formula (2), X is shown in the general formula (3).
