To provide a graft copolymer capable of improving heat resistance of a resultant molded product and capable of inhibiting thickening on conservation, a resin composition containing it, and a molded product, and in the molded product which uses an epoxy resin, especially, to provide the graft copolymer capable of inhibiting cracking by attaining lowering of stress and lowering of an elastic modulus, and by improving toughness, the resin composition containing it, and the molded product.
The graft copolymer is produced by polymerizing a monomer mixture (B) containing at least one of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of a (meth)acrylate polymer (A) having a glass transition point of 20C obtained using the Fox formula, in which the monomer mixture (B) contains 0.01-10 mol% of a curable monomer (wherein the total monomer contained in the monomer mixture (B) is 100 mol%).
