Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent whitening or crack of a grain embossed decorative sheet using olefin resin as a material at the time of V-cut processing.
SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 10 is constituted by laminating a transparent resin layer made of olefin thermoplastic elastomer on a base material sheet made of olefin thermoplastic elastomer via a grain design printing ink layer, and executing a grain vessel emboss 1 on a surface of the resin layer. In this case, it has an emboss shape for satisfying that a bottom B of the emboss in a cross sectional shape has a flat part having a predetermined depth or substantially predetermined flat part, and a depth (b) of the emboss of an at least part for giving a deepest part of the one emboss is shallower than 2/3 of total thickness (a) of the sheet smaller than an opening width (c) of the vessel. And, the entire emboss shape having no acute angle part A is preferable.
