Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the contact of stored grains with outer air as far as possible in the long-term storage of grains while controlling the temperature of a grain-storage container in a storage chamber with a cooled air flow by exposing a grain-discharging chute to the cooled air flow.
CONSTITUTION: A storage container 8 having a grain-delivery port 15 is placed in a storage chamber 2 interposing a cooled air flow passing space 13. The grain delivery port 15 is provided with a shutter 16 and a chute 17 for delivering the grains from the chamber. The chute 17 can take a 1st posture 26 communicating with the grain-delivery port 15 to deliver the grains 10 from the chamber and a 2nd posture 27 disconnected from the grain-delivery port 15 and waiting in the cooled air flow passing space 13. The apparatus is further provided with a posture-holding means 28 to keep the chute 17 in the 1st posture 26.
