To provide a grain transfer vacuum valve of simple structure, smoothly opening/closing grain and allowing secure vacuum sealing, and a vacuum chamber equipped therewith.
The grain transfer vacuum valve 100 provided in the vacuum chamber 10 comprises a feed valve type grain shut-off valve 20 for shutting off grain, and a gate valve type vacuum sealing valve 30 for vacuum sealing, disposed under the shut-off valve. A funnel 14 is provided on the bottom of the vacuum chamber 10, and a slanted feed valve element abutting surface 21 is made to abut on the abutting surface 15 of the funnel for shutting off the grain. Thus, the poor dropping or squeezing of the grain hardly occurs. Further, since the grain advances/retreats through the gate valve type vacuum sealing valve 30 only during the hours when a grain transfer port 40 is closed by the feed valve type grain shut-off valve 20, the grain does not adhere to a gate valve element 32.
