When a [part of speech] icon Bp, a [syntax element] icon Bc and [dependency] icon Br displayed on the left end of a screen are selectively touched and an arbitrary word to which a grammar memo is desired to be entered in a display text is specified on a text display picture G configured by displaying a desired text on a touch panel type display part 16, lists Lp, Lc, Lr of memos concerned with grammar corresponding to respective touched icons Bp, Bc, Br are displayed as windows. When a grammar memo corresponding to the specified word is selected from a list of grammar memos, a line space Lg is added just above a line of a text in which the specified word exists and the selected memo out of the grammar memos Mp, Mc, Mr is displayed correspondingly to the specified word by using the line space Lg. Text data corresponding to the grammar memos Mp, Mc, Mr are registered so as to be displayed.
