Abstract:
To provide a granule-processing method and a granule-processing device, capable of: heating granules efficiently in a short time; and preventing overshoot.SOLUTION: A storage part stores a first correlation data showing a correlation between a detection value of a temperature sensor and an estimation value of temperature of granules in a non-stationary state at a predetermined position of a storage container. A control part performs the following processes a) to c): in the process a), an input value to be set to an outside infrared radiation part and a first target temperature are calculated by retrieving the first correlation data and referring to the data, so that temperature of a resin pellet at a predetermined position of an outer pipe is brought to close proximity to desired temperature within a predetermined time period; in the process b), the input value to the outside infrared radiation part is controlled based on detection results of an outer temperature sensor to achieve the first target temperature calculated in the process a); and in the process c), after performing the process b), the input value to the outside infrared radiation part is reduced to be lower than that in the process b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
