The treatment chamber 11 is defined and formed by plural- layered slide contact wall faces 51, 52, etc. A plurality of pressing members 4 are supported on a rotary member 3 at specified intervals in a circumferential direction and a centrifugal direction for rotating and pressing the pressing members 4 to the slide contact wall faces 51, 52, etc. The pressing members 4 are made to turn in a plurality of routes in superposed face regions to the slide contact wall faces 51, 52, etc.
