Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly spray granular substances independently of the grain size, by uniformly arranging the granular substance in the width direction of a rotor so as to be sprayed on the whole surface of a sheet-shaped article and surely supplying the granular substance.
CONSTITUTION: A granular substance spraying device is constituted of a screw conveyor 2 which is installed in rotatable manner in a horizontal state on a machine frame 1 and transports the granular substance in the horizontal direction, rotor 3 which is installed in rotatable manner on a machine frame, in a parallel state to the nearly lower position of the screw conveyor 3 and transports the granular substance in the vertical direction and a gap adjusting mechanism 4 which is installed under the rotor 3 and arranges the granular substance one by one in the vertical direction and sends out the granular substance.
