PURPOSE: To contrive miniaturization, by a method wherein an installation angle of an extrusion cylinder having a die on the lower end to a horizontal plane is made a specific angle, a crossing angle of a chip supply path with an axial line of an extruding cylinder is risen as a specific angle and a cooling part having double-cooling structure is provided on the lower part of the die.
CONSTITUTION: A melting and extruding part 1 is made a vertical type and a pellet supply pipe 15 which is risen obliquely upward from an inlet 10a of raw material pellets of an extruding cylinder 10, to the lower end of which is fitted with a die head 14 is provided. A crossing angle of the supply pipe 15 with an axial line of an extrusion cylinder 10 is made so as to fall within a range of 0-45°. An installation angle θ of the extrusion cylinder 10 to be formed with a horizontal plane is made 0<θ≤90°, preferably 45≤θ≤90°. Therefore, since raw material pellets are supplied slantwise to the extruding cylinder 10, they are sent out smooth in the extruding direction by a screw without clogging the inlet 10a kneading becomes uniform and cooled by a double-cooling tank 20. Therefore, the whole of a device can be miniaturized.
