Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grass mowing shears which can easily change a length of a handle part and have lightness and rigidity.SOLUTION: In grass mowing shears, base ends of a pair of first and second shear blade bodies 7, 8 are respectively connected with tips of a pair of first and second handle parts 1, 2 connected rotatably via a first shaft 3 at a crossing portion, the first and second shear blade bodies 7, 8 cross each other at the general centers and are rotatably connected with each other at a crossing portion via a second shaft 9, and adjustment means 15 adjusting a length of the first and second handle parts 1, 2 are arranged. A tip side of the first and second handle parts 1, 2 including the first shaft 3 is constituted by a material having rigidity compared with a base end side of the first and second handle parts 1, 2. The base end side of the first and second handle parts 1, 2 including a grip part 4 is constituted by a material having a smaller specific gravity than the first tip side. The center of gravity of the first and second handle parts 1, 2 is arranged is nearer to the tip than an intermediate position of the first and second handle parts 1, 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
