A large number of bar materials 1, which are composed of timber and in which through-holes 2 are formed near both ends, are arranged at proper intervals, ring-shaped spacers 3 being made of a synthetic resin or a rubber and having elasticity are interposed among the adjacent bar materials 1 at the positions of the through-holes 2 in the vicinity of both ends, connecting rods 4 are inserted into the through-holes 2 so as to be penetrated into the through-holes 2 of all bar materials 1, and nuts 6 are screwed and clamped to male screw sections 5 at the end sections of the connecting rods 4 projected from the through-holes 2 of the bar materials 1 positioned at both ends in a large number of the bar materials 1.
