Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a grating simply at low cost by pushing the side face of an auxiliary pipe inserted to a plurality of main members arranged in parallel at specified pitches, bulging the main members to upper and lower sections and connecting and fixing the main members.
SOLUTION: A plurality of fixing-side blocks arranged at regular intervals and pushing blocks are combined and installed to a press machine, and main members 2, 2... are arrayed in parallel in inserting grooves among each pushing block. An auxiliary pipe 5 is inserted into circular holes 2a at the centers of the main members 2 from the side, sections held among the pushing blocks and the fixing-side blocks are crushed by the press machine, and an approximately vertical vertically long-sized bulging surface is formed. Sections placed in the circular holes 2a hold a circular shape at that time, flattened sections inhibit the looseness of each main member 2, 2,..., and the main members 2, 2... are fixed firmly at regular pitches. An end plate 3 and end bars 4a, 4b are welded and fixed, and a grating 1 is formed in a framework shape.
