This graver 11 comprises a blade 17, a handle 15 which has the blade 17 attached to one end thereof, and a cap 18 which is attached to the other end of the handle 15. The handle 15 is formed by double molding wherein molding is performed by injecting a coating material 14 to an integrally molded core 13. The core 13 is formed of a polycarbonate which is a transparent rigid resin, and the coating material 14 is composed of an elastomer which is an opaque flexible resin. The core 13 is wholly coated with the coating material 14, except for first, second and third exposed parts 22, 23 and 24. Thus, since the inside of the core 13 can be seen through via the exposed parts 22, 23 and 24, the gorgeousness of the whole handle 15 is enhanced.
