Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from colliding against a door stop or the like with large impact or rebounding when rotating from a rotating position into a stop position regarding a gravity hinge.
SOLUTION: An intermediate cam body 10 abuts on one side of a rotating side shaft body 7 rotated together with the door 1, through a rotating side cam part 15, and a fixed side shaft body 9 abuts on the other side of the intermediate cam body 10 through a fixed side cam part 17. The fixed side cam part 17 has cam slant faces 16a, 16b with smaller inclination angles than cam slant faces 14a, 14b of the rotating side cam part 15. When the door is rotated from the stop position, the intermediate cam body 10 is guided by the cam slant face 16b of the fixed side shaft body 9 and rotated into a limited position, and then the door is guided by the upper face cam slant face 14b of the intermediate cam body 10 and rotated into the rotating position. When taking the hand off the door in the rotating position, the door is guided by the dam slant face 16b of the fixed side shaft body 9 halfway during rotation, and impact in the stop position is eased.
