To provide a device for generating power while rotating as long as failure is not generated by combining a long triangle ring, a heavy material (solid) and a small driving motor in a different way of a conventional clean energy generation, solar photo-electric generation and wind power generation.

Clean energy is generated by the rotation of a heavy object 6 (solid) and a driving motor 14 along a long triangle ring. The rotation can be changed so that a surface inclined downward becomes long by changing length and angle of the long triangle ring. Rotating force can be changed by increasing and decreasing the heavy material (solid). In the case where length of the long triangle ring is set at 4 m and circumference of a gear of the generator is set at 20 cm, the generator is rotated twenty times per one rotation of the heavy material. In this generator, rotation can be increased by combining the number of rotation and the gear of the generator with a formula 40-50 r.p.m × generator gear.
