Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a printing face appropriately in a simple and prompt manner without the necessity to regulate printing mechanical conditions which require complicated manual labor even when print face defects such as swimming, streak, cell dot mark which are peculiar to gravure printing or pinholes attributed to dust sticking to an impression cylinder, are generated on account of the viscosity of inks beyond the appropriate viscosity range and the inferior fluidity of the inks.
SOLUTION: A peel-off guide member 13 which peels matter to be printed P from a gravure plate cylinder 5 is provided on the output part of a nipping part N for nipping the matter to be printed P with the gravure plate cylinder 5 and the impression cylinder 7 of a gravure printing machine. In addition, the outer periphery lower point of the peel-off guide member 13 is set at a lower position than a leader L2 drawn out, in the outlet direction, of the nipping part N vertically with a line L1 connecting the center of the gravure plate cylinder 5 to the center of the impression cylinder 7.
