Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing machine which can reduce ink mist adhering to an unprocessed print sheet.SOLUTION: A gravure printing machine 1 according to the invention includes: a rotary plate cylinder 3; an ink supply device 5 which supplies an ink 4 to the plate cylinder 3; and a doctor 6 which is provided extending in an axial direction of the plate cylinder 3 and contacts with a surface of the plate cylinder 3 to remove the excessive ink 4 adhering to the plate cylinder 3. The gravure printing machine 1 includes: an impression cylinder 7 which is rotatably provided and presses an unprocessed print sheet 2 to the plate cylinder 3; and a humidifier 30 provided in at least one of the upstream side and the downstream side of a contact part 11 where the ink 4 adhering to the plate cylinder 3 and the unprocessed print sheet 2 contact. The humidifier 30 supplies moisture to at least one of the unprocessed print sheet 2 and the ink 4 in the contact part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
