Cells 10 formed by etching a resist pattern R surface consisting of a resist part formed by using a dot pattern P having plural pieces of minidots 4 within one piece of cell region and a non-resist part and forming a projecting part T corresponding to the minidots 4 at the bottom are arranged in the line image parts of at least part of a plate surface and the volume of the cells 10 is controlled by the various densities of the minidots 4 in the dot patterns P.
