Abstract:

To provide a grease composition for automobile wheel bearings, which prolongs flaking life and lubrication life, and reduces fretting in the automobile wheel bearings.

The grease composition for automobile wheel bearings includes (a) a urea-based thickener represented by general formula (1): R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R3 (wherein R1 and R3 may be the same or different from each other, and each represents a 6-12C aromatic hydrocarbon group; and R2 represents a 6-15C aromatic hydrocarbon group), (b) an organic molybdenum compound and (c) a base oil.
