To provide a grease composition that suppresses a temperature increase of a roller bearing thereby reducing noises, and to provide a roller bearing for fan motors that hardly suffers from a temperature increase and is low in noise.

The grease composition containing a capsule is sealed in a vacant portion which is formed between an inner wheel 1 and an outer wheel 2 of a deep grove ball bearing and in which a roller 3 is arranged. The microcapsule is composed of gelatin, wax or agar and contains a lubricating oil inside. The average particle size of the microcapsule is preferably at least 0.01 m and at most 3 m.
