Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition for a bearing used under the conditions of a high temperature, a high pressure, high load and a low-speed rotation, which maintains a specified film thickness at the track groove and the track surface of a rolling element, and prevents seizing to reduce the damage to the bearing.
SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a lubricant base oil, a diurea compound, a polymeric compound, and succinic acid and/or a succinic acid derivative, and can make the lubricating oil membrane in a rotary region and in a sliding region thick. The grease is supplied to a bearing used at a low speed, under a high load and exhibits a lubricity performance, and prevents seizing to reduce the damage to the bearing.
