To provide a grease-sealed-type rolling bearing which has a sealed structure for making muddy water pooled in a sealing groove of an inner race easily discharged to thereby prevent the sealing performance deterioration, and also effectively prevents exfoliation on a rolling surface due to hydrogen brittleness.
The grease-sealed-type rolling bearing includes: a sealing groove 7 formed in a lateral side of the rolling surface 5 of the inner race 1; a main lip located in an apical end of an inner circumferential side of a sealing member 4; a labyrinth lip; and grease 28 sealed in its bearing space. In the grease-sealed-type rolling bearing, an inner circumferential surface opposed to the sealing groove 7 is provided in the main lip. Besides, an inclined surface formed at an inner circumferential side of the labyrinth lip so as to become gradually larger in diameter toward an apical end of the labyrinth lip. Then, the grease 28 is composed of at least one aluminum-based additive agent of 0.05 to 10 pts.wt, which is selected from an aluminum powder and aluminum compounds, with respect to base grease 100 pts.wt comprising a base oil and puffing agent.
