PURPOSE: To previously prevent continuous manufacture of defective products by discharging defective green board before it reaches a conveyor in the case of manufacturing a platelike architectural element by a flow-on method.
CONSTITUTION: Slurry 1 is supplied on a sheet 2 which is circulated in the definite direction and has water permeability. Continuous platelike green board is formed by decompressing and dehydrating the slurry 1 by a suction means 11 provided on the rear surface of the sheet 2. After the green board is cut in a specific dimension, a platelike building element is obtained by curing the same. The discharge part 16 of green board is provided in the output side of the sheet 2. A plurality of transfer rollers 17A are arranged side by side in the advancing direction of green board in the discharge part 16. A changeover means 20 is provided by which the position of the transfer roller 17A is changed over from the supporting position P to the evacuation position Q. In the supporting position P, the transfer roller 17A supports green board from the lower part. In the evacuation position Q, the transfer roller 17A does not support green board.
