Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a plate tile of good quality by increasing a loading number of green tiles to certainly support respective green tiles without being affected by the irregularity of the width dimensions of them to move them to a loading place and suppressing the generation of warpage caused by shrinkage in a baking process.
SOLUTION: A green tile loading apparatus is constituted of a shelf plate feed means, a green tile feed-in means and green tile plates 58, 58a and upper receiving parts against which the rear surfaces of the upper parts of respective green tiles lean are provided to the respective opposed surfaces of the green tile support plates 58, 58a and lower receiving parts 66 on which the lower ends of the green tiles are placed are provided thereto and a means reciprocally moving the green tile support plates 58, 58a between a shelf plate stand-by position and a green tile stand-by position and moving them up and down is provided. Further, a moving means mutually moving the green tile support plates 58, 58a so as to allow them to separate and approach is provided and a means allowing the green tile support plates 58, 58a to fall along the inclined direction of green tiles and allowing them to fall at an angle larger than the aforementioned angle of inclination on the way of falling is provided.
