A greening slope is equipped with an impervious sheet 5 to be laid so as to cover a slope main body formed in a waste final disposal plant in an imperviable manner. It is constituted of a large number of substrates formed of nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, etc., in the shape of a square laid so as to cover the impervious sheet 5, a plurality of high absorbable compressed bed rock blocks arranged in parallel on the upper surfaces of the substrates at specific intervals, greening bed rock blocks including seed, fertilizer, etc., covering a plurality of compressed bed rock blocks and arranged so as to form a ridge and a cover sheet formed of woven fabric, porous sheet, etc., fixed to the substrates so as to keep a plurality of ridge like greening bed rock blocks in a ridge-like state.
