A grill 1 for grilling fish 50 to have a waveform in a longitudinal direction includes: a pair of waveform woven metallic wire members 10 having upper metallic wire 11 and lower metallic wire 12 for holding the fish 50 between them; connection members 20 for opening/closing the metallic wire members 10 with one end side of the metallic wire members 10 in the longitudinal direction as a fulcrum; and a pair of lock members 30 arranged at both of the right and left ends 12c of the metallic wire members 10 and locking the fish 50 with pressurization. The connection members 20 are made of multiple ring shape materials. It is preferable that a space for the ends of the heads of the fish 50 to be loosely in contact with the metallic wire members 10 is secured by allowing the end edge parts 11b, 12b on the respective one end sides of the upper metallic wire 11 and the lower metallic wire 12 to be loosely inserted into the ring shape materials.
