Abstract:
To provide a new grinder for metallic body surface treatment capable of easily removing scales on a steel plate surface.
This grinder for metallic body surface treatment is furnished with a rotating base body and a rotating grinding wheel fixed on the base body. The grinding wheel is a fractured piece of a thermosetting resin mold, each of the fractured pieces is an irregularly formed polyhedral fine matter materially surrounded by sharp crest lines, the fractured pieces grain size of which is 106-840 μm (20-140 mesh) and Rockwell hardness of which is HMR 115-125 are connected to each other by an elastic adhesive, and it is formed to roughly make a donut shape or a cylindrical shape.
