Title:
GRINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3802951
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit material to be treated from being retained and stuck to a part in a grinding chamber. SOLUTION: A spherical grinding chamber 26 is formed in the inside of a grinding vessel 1. On one side, a driving shaft 23 is rotatably inserted into the grinding vessel 1 and agitation arms 2l+ are fitted to the part of the driving shaft 23 positioned in the inside of the grinding chamber 26. When material to be treated and grinding media are charged into the grinding chamber 26 and the agitation arms 24 are rotated integrally with the driving shaft 23, the grinding media positioned around the agitation arms 24 are forcedly moved in the vertical direction and in the circumferential direction. Impact force and shearing force work between the mutual grinding media and the material to be treated is ground. Since the grinding chamber 26 is formed into a spherical shape, the smooth flow of the material to be treated and the grinding media, which are directed from the bottom of the grinding chamber 26 to the top part along the inner wall surface of the grinding vessel 1, is generated in the grinding chamber The material to be treated is inhibited by this flow from being retained and stuck to a part of the grinding chamber 26. The material to be treated is ground in the prescribed particle size in the grinding chamber 26.
