Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device, using a mortar and the grinding device, capable of highly efficiently grinding food materials with further less force than that of a conventional pestle and further, providing only ground food materials.SOLUTION: The grinding device employs a paraboloidal or hemispherical metal net 1 instead of a pestle, for a contact face with a food material to be ground, where the size of mesh of the net 1 is set to smaller than the size of the food material in a state before being ground. Further, a trunk body 2 as a circular frame is provided along a curved surface of the edge of the net 1 and is fixed by being clamped by metal plates from both sides thereof, and a space inside thereof is configured to be filled with the ground food material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
