Abstract:
To provide a grinding and polishing method and device with a robot for a workpiece whose surface hardness is measured or inspected, capable of an accurate machining.
On a hand 3 of a robot, grinders 5, 6 are mounted asymmetrically to be rotatable. On a specified position A of a workpiece 7 placed on a rack 8 a grinding process and a subsequent polishing process are applied at the same spot.
