Title:
GRINDING WHEEL ADAPTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3378495
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve holding force and attach/detach a grinding wheel with one operation without being removed by even either one of forward and backward direction rotational force by holding an engaging state of a driven side fall-off prevention projection and a driving side fall-off prevention recessed part by a pressure cylinder.
SOLUTION: In a driving side coupling 14, a driving part 18 for transmitting rotational force to a disc-shaped pad 13 of a grinding wheel holder and a fall-off prevention recessed part 19 are formed on a flange 17 of the lower side. The disc-shaped pad 13 is provided with three driving force transmitted parts 22 engaged with the driving part 18 at a center boss part 21 and a fall-off prevention projection 23 erecting between the driving force transmitted parts 22. In the fall-off prevention projection 23, an upper end internal surface extending part 23a fits into the fall-off prevention recessed part 23. In a pressure cylinder 28, a main body part 19 freely slidably fits into the coupling 14 on the upper side of the flange 17, a cylindrical part 30 of the lower side freely slidably fits into the outer peripheral surfaces of the flange 17 and the boss part 21 and holds an engaging state of the fall-off prevention recessed part 19 and the fall-off prevention projection 23 extending part 23a.
