PURPOSE: To provide a grinding wheel and a cutting device by which time necessary for cutting work can be shortened and plural sharp edges can be obtained at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: In a grinding wheel continuously having plural edge parts having first straight line-shaped cross-sectional cutting parts 40 moved in the prescribed direction to an object to be cut and second straight line-shaped cross-sectional cutting parts 41 which are arranged in the opposite direction of the prescribed direction from the tail ends 43 of the first cutting parts 40 and form a prescribed angle to the first cutting parts 40, the prescribed direction and the straight line shaped direction of the first cutting parts 40 coincide with each other.
