Abstract:
PURPOSE: To freely form a recessed shape by forming a recessed part on a grinding face by a laser beam machining.
CONSTITUTION: A super abrasive grain layer 3 is provided at the outer peripheral end of a disk like base metal 1, a laser beam 8 is radiated on the super abrasive grain layer 3, while rotating this base metal 1 with a mounting hole 4 as the center. A recessed part is thus formed on a grinding face.
