Abstract:
To provide a grindstone attachment device that enables a grindstone to be attached to a grindstone shaft with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A grindstone attachment device includes: a base 2; at least three adjustment shafts 3 protruding from the base 2 and attached so as to be displaceable in an outer peripheral direction of an attachment surface; a direction adjustment mechanism 5 that displaces the base 2 in a horizontal direction, a vertical direction, a front-back direction, a pitch direction, a yaw direction, and a roll direction; and a control unit 8 that controls the direction adjustment mechanism 5 and the adjustment shafts 3. The control unit 8 controls the at least three adjustment shafts 3 such that a circular outer peripheral diameter that connects outer peripheries of the at least three adjustment shafts 3 becomes an outer peripheral diameter of a grindstone shaft 7 using a rotation axis B of an attached grindstone as a central axis, and brings an adjustment surface 3s formed by an end surface of the at least three adjustment shafts 3 positioned in a direction opposite to an attachment end on the base 2 into contact with a grindstone shaft end surface 7s of the grindstone shaft 7 in a state in which the direction adjustment mechanism 5 is adjusted such that the adjustment surface 3s is parallel to the grindstone shaft end surface 7s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
