To provide a grip cover which can be attached later easily and quickly by anybody to an outer peripheral surface of an existing handrail, a door pull or the like supported at both the ends.

This grip cover has a cylindrical shape which is formed by an elastic, deformable member attached to a grip held by two or more adjacent supports; has a side opening portion opened through the whole length of the cover in the longitudinal direction; and is capable of holding the side opening portion which has an opening with its outer diameter larger than that of the grip. This grip cover is desired to have a non-slip finish at least partially on its outer peripheral surface.
