To provide a grip of a fishing rod or the like and a leg for a camera or a scope which produce a high non-slip effect and which can afford discriminability with characteristic patterns and are also excellent in outward appearance.

A first heat-shrinkable tube 3 having a roughened external surface is fitted, shrunk with heat, to the outside of a core body 2 and, moreover, a second heat-shrinkable tube 4 having a roughened external surface is fitted, shrunk with heat, on the outside of the first tube. The first and second heat-shrinkable tubes 3 and 4 are made different in color. The second tube 4 is provided with scattered small holes 5 and the first tube 3 is so exposed from the holes as to present a pattern, while dents excellent in catching properties are brought about in the surface of the grip 1. As for the leg for a camera or a scope, a similar cover is also provided on the surface.
