Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rotate a pipe body in the forward and reverse directions in the periphery of a center shaft under the state, in which the pipe body is held.
CONSTITUTION: Rollers 27, 29a-20c are located in the peripheral direction of a casing tube 4A at proper intervals in a gripper section, in which the casing tube 4A is gripped freely by a freely opening-closing hold-down arm 26. The casing tube 4A is borne under an abutted state by the roller groups 27, 29a-20c while the roller 27 is tuned in the forward and reverse-directions by a hydraulic motor 30, thus revolving the casing tube 4A.
